Do you use cheap or disposable shirts?
No. Our standard products are chosen for comfort, reliable construction and good print results. We use a combed ring-spun cotton T-shirt and substantial three-end fleece for our standard crewnecks and bunny hugs.
Which T-shirt print type should I choose?
Choose Simple Text for short, one-colour wording or a small one-colour vinyl design. Choose Standard for a larger one-location vinyl or DTF design. Choose Detailed for more complex or full-colour artwork. We review every design and confirm the final price before payment.
What does the listed price include?
The estimate includes one quality garment and one standard print location. Back prints, sleeve prints, oversized artwork, specialty materials or complicated personalization may cost more, and we will confirm that before payment.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Sizes Small through 4XL may be mixed with no larger-size surcharge. The lower additional-item price still requires the same garment style, artwork, print location and print colours.
Why does the first item cost more?
The first-item price helps cover order setup, artwork preparation, testing and production planning. Once that work is complete, identical additional items take less setup time.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are ready in approximately 5–7 business days after payment and final artwork approval. Larger or complex orders may take longer.
How do I pay and receive my order?
Orders are prepaid by e-Transfer. Free pickup is available by appointment in Parkridge, East Regina. Shipping is available at the customer's cost.
How should I care for printed clothing?
Turn the garment inside out, wash cold with similar colours, avoid bleach, and hang dry or tumble dry on low. Do not iron directly over the printed design.
What if I am unsure about size or fit?
Contact us before approving the order. We can provide product-specific garment measurements. Because every item is made to order, choosing the correct size before production is important.
Can you print any logo or character?
Please provide artwork you created or have permission to use. If you are unsure about a logo, character or branded design, ask before ordering.
Ordering & Policies
Made to order: Most orders are ready in approximately 5–7 business days after payment and final artwork approval. Larger or complex orders may take longer.
Payment: All orders must be prepaid by e-Transfer before production begins.
Artwork approval: You will have an opportunity to approve spelling, names, numbers, colours, sizing details and artwork. Production begins after approval. Please review your proof carefully.
Changes and cancellations: Changes or cancellations may be requested before production begins. Once materials have been ordered, artwork approved or production started, the order cannot normally be cancelled.
Returns: Because items are personalized and made to order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If we make an error, or an item is defective or does not match the approved order, please contact us promptly so we can make it right. Your rights under applicable consumer-protection law are not limited.
Pickup and shipping: Free pickup is available by appointment in Parkridge, East Regina. The full pickup address is provided privately. Shipping is available at the customer's cost using the standard rate.
