Before Production
Pricing
Every project is quoted based on the garment, quantity, artwork, print size and placement.
Payment
Orders are prepaid before production begins.
Artwork approval
You'll have an opportunity to review important details such as spelling, names, numbers, colours, sizing and print placement before production.
Changes and cancellations
Changes can normally be made before materials are ordered or production begins. Personalized items generally can't be cancelled once production has started.
Returns
Because custom apparel is made specifically for each customer, change-of-mind returns aren't normally accepted. If we make an error or an item is defective or doesn't match the approved order, contact us so we can make it right.
Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment in Regina. Full pickup details are provided privately.
Shipping
Shipping is available at the customer's cost.
